Requirements:

– To supervise timely preparation of quality credit line proposals.
– Ability to evaluate borrower’s credit worthiness.
– Effective monitoring of overall portfolio of Credit Hub
– To ensure achievement of allocated targets to the Credit Hub
– Regular meetings and visits of the borrowers.
– Market prospective NTBs for the Bank
– Industry / Market knowledge including monitoring of industry trends and economic changes affecting borrower’s position and pass on information to management.
– Training & Development of Hub and Branches credit staff.
